Too much too soon?

Hey hey folks! I'm in need of a little advice~

I'm 22years old and stand at 5'7" and now weight 177 pounds. Three weeks ago I started jumping rope. I started this just to try and get into overall better shape before bikini season :luxlove:

Now try to understand I did NOT do this to just cut weight but last night I stepped on the scale for the first time in almost a month and noticed I had lost 24 pounds. I know it isn't healthy to lose that much that fast, but this is the best I have ever felt in my life.

I jump for about 2minutes going hard as I can just jumping in place nothing real fancy, although I do have this neat trick where sometimes I will smash the rope into my toes then peal my broken toenail off :cool3: , and then jog in place till my lungs arent stabbing my heart trying to break free and get more air. You fitness buffs would call this HITT if I recall.

I do this 4 times a week twice a day when I do it and nothing the other three days. My diet has changed a little. I stopped drinking soda and been eatting a TON more than I used to.

Basicly I am wanting to know if my health is at risk or if I should just change what I am doing a little bit. Also am I in any danger of the infamous "vagina neck" from Austin Powers? ._.;

Thanks for all your feedback in advance~

Check the scale if you seriously doubt how much youve lost. 24 pounds in a month does seem like alot though

Are you feeling that your health is at risk because of losing 24 pounds in one month? Or are there other reasons?
