In order to satisfy my sweet tooth, I think I currently consume about half a cup of Splenda a day. I put about 3 tablespoons in my morning oatmeal and about 3 tablespoons in each of my coffees/teas throughout the day (I use big mugs). Is this terribly bad for my health? I do want to lose weight, but not at the expense of my future health...
