Too fat to fit in

One of the biggest things that have helped me to lose weight is eating more often. I eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, and sometimes another snack depending on how many calories I have left for my day. So I usually eat about every 2 - 3 hrs in groups of 100 - 300 calories. I find that I am more likely to overeat if I miss a snack and get waaaaay hungry. It is habit to me now and I like how I feel doing this. Wish you the best!

Sometimes it is very hard to find the urge to eat or the temptation of foods. People crave foods not because their bodies need them, but their mind is playing this trick on them.

I suggest trying some meditations like yoga or guided imagery. These meditations calm your mind and direct your attention to things other than foods. Meditation also helps relieve stress and depression. Being happy is very helpful to the weight loss effort.
