Tonys Treat

Simple enough way to get some cottage cheese, and satiate a sweet tooth.

Needed
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
1 sugar free chocolate pudding
Cool Whip Lite

(this is what I use, what you do is up to you)

Put the cottage cheese at the bottom of the bowl. Then put some whipped cream, then the pudding, followed by more whip cream.

You'll get 15g protein from the cottage cheese, and about 15g carbs depending on the amount of whipped cream.

I hate cottage cheese but this works for me. So simple.
 
Heres a nice shake.

1 cup milk
2-4 tbsp peanut butter
2-4 tbsp jelly
1 scoop vanilla protein

Blender and drink. Absolutely delicious.
 
And another I devised over the weekend.

1 cup milk
1 cup Raisin Bran
1 scoop Vanilla protein

Blend and serve.

I actually had this one preworkout today.
