This is a 30 day challenge.

It consists of...

1. 250 push-ups weekly for a total of 1000 push-ups this month!

2. 250 squats weekly for a total of 1000 squats this month!

3. 200 burpees weekly for a total of 800 burpees this month!

4. 200 lunges weekly for a total of 800 lunges this month!

5. 7.5 miles of cardio weekly for a total of 30 miles in 30 days!

If the amount seems to high or low modify to a place where it will be a challenge for you! This work out will speed your metabolism and burn fat! I suggest doing the exercises in a circuit with 30 second break between exercises for a repetition number that will challenge you (3-4 sets). Do the cardio on active rest days (days other than your circuit days. Drink plenty of water and submit any questions below. Anyone who completes this will be put in to a drawing for a free one month custom nutrition plan and at-home fitness plan written by nexusetraining.com!
