Hey everyone!
So I am a fan of The Last 10 Pounds Bootcamp, done by Tommy Europe. In the show, he puts girls who need to lose about 10 pounds through a 4-week training program, and they usually shed inches and pounds in the 4 weeks. I know it is not the most sustainable, etc. etc.
But last week, I saw that he had a book, called 10 Pound Shred. I looked through it, and it looks to be broken down, day-by-day, with exercises and some meal plan ideas. I can't find much on the internet in terms of a review for it, and wondered if anyone on here had any experience or has heard anything worth-while about the book. I'm considering it, as the only problem I seem to have with my workouts is actually planning them, which something like this would help me to do.
