Hey all, this is a quick `hello again' and reintroduction as I am starting my weight loss plan all over again.
Last year I managed to lose rather a lot of weight, and this year I managed to put it back on. I must say, putting it on was more fun, but I feel far less happy as a result. So, onwards, ever onwards towards my goal
Part of my plan is to keep in touch here at the forums, this was an integral part of keeping my mind in the right place and once I got out of the habit of posting and catching up with people here I started to get out of control a bit.
The other part of my plan is lots of walking! It's my very favourite exercise, and my workplace is moving to a building 30 minutes closer on foot, so that will save me an hour a day. Not as much walking, but easier to get the time to actually do it!
In 4 months I will be posting pics of myself on the site, this gives me great incentive to really keep with the plan.
Anyway, enough rambling on from me! Here goes!
