TOM Bloating? (Ladies Only)

Hello all my fellow lovely ladies!

So, I've been doing great, I've gone from 126 to 122 in a couple of weeks (that's what I've been aiming to do) then, I wake up late (about 3 hours later) after a night of little eating and find that I weight 124 pounds.

That was yesterday, and today I'm up to 125.5.

Auntie Flow is scheduled to arrive on the 30th, an I'm hoping all this weight gain is because of her, but I'm still worried... :cuss:

How much weight/when do you start gaining/when does it go away for you?
 
I usually find I start gaining about a week before I start. Very steady like a half a pound a day.. By the time I start I am up 3-5 pounds!! It usually doesn't come off until 1-2 days after I am done.

Like this month, I started at 127, went up to 130.1. I finished yesterday, and this morning I was down 3.1 lbs!! I'm back at 127 exactly.

Yeah.. It sucks!
 
I don't weigh myself but gain an inch around my waist the week before- almost overnight. I then gradually reduce and am able to fit back into things the following week. I then find my appetite increases 2 weeks before I am due (ovulation) which is apparently due to the change in hormone levels and an increase in the blood flow or something!

Not alot you can do unless your looking into the birth control pill.
 
My appetite also increases before my period, and decreases during and after. Not sure about weight, my weight actually fluctuates a lot on a day to day level (not uncommon for me to lose 3 pounds in a day, then gain 2 back the next and so on).
 
I gain between 2 to 5 lbs about a week before my period starts usually. It goes away about halfway through my period. I know that if my habits have stayed the same and I suddeny gain weight, it's always a sign that my TOM is on it's way. I've been weighing myself/ losing weight for a year and a half now, and it's like clockwork every month.
