Today is another day but today I am thinking positively. I have eaten only salads for the past week. Yesterday I did allow myself to have a free day of eating whatever of course I shouldn't have done that. The ironic thing is that I have such intense cravings but once I get the junk I realize it wasn't really good any way and then I feel all fat and bloated for something that wasn't even worth it. I am feeling pretty good about working out. I have been working out really hard and feel really good. The scale has not budged. I know people think it is wrong to do the diet pills but I think I do need something to help me burn my fat if anyone has any suggestions let me know.
