Hi all,
My name is Toby and i'm trying to lose some weight :waving:
I'd like to lose around 5lbs but that's not so easy
I'm doing some sport (swimming, running) and eating more vegetables as possible!

By the look of your chart, you have been up and down in one year. You need to figure out how much food your body needs (measured in calories of course) and eat less than that. It is that simple. How much food do you need? Do you know?

On the website where i'm building my chart, it says that my Basal Metabolic Rate is about 1553.3 kcal/day
I guess this information will be helpful to know my limits.
 
Tell me what activities you do in one week - be specific. State activity, time, distance, type of training.

Also specifically state how many calories do you eat in one day.

This will allow us to say something that will help you.
