To tired

Hi everyone im new to this stuff! Im 24 and im 5 1 but i weight 140 i need to lose 20 pounds to be healthy, i have two boys a two year old and an eight month old i jyst need some help but im so tired after being with my kids all day.ahhh
 
Yeah it can be quite taxing to focus both on family and weight loss. I hope you can find a good balance. This forum is wonderful for motivation and accountability if you stick around. Welcome and good luck.

Im a mam to a almost 1 yr old, Im the cleaner upper and I work too (kinda)
it's so tiring I cant get a bath alone 99% of the time but I have to give myself the time to feed myself. In the past 4 ish months i have gained 3 stone due to not giving myself time and having a bad patch. I can only imagine how tired you must be with 2 little ones. Are both in routines on a night?

Thank you :) I've learned a few important things:
-Eat what you want but learn to practice moderation and soon it will come naturally. Depriving yourself of the foods you love is bound to have repercussions.

-Don't let bad days discourage you. This will only lead to yo-yo-ing. I used to go through the roof whenever I had a bad day. I learned that in the grand scheme, one day, even one bad week is not gonna significantly damage your weight loss efforts.

-I've wasted too much time "dieting." I really need to move on with my life. I want this to be over and done with so I'm trying to do my best to make sure I do it right.
