Hi. Do you sometimes miss a few menstrual cycles, like 2 or 3 when you train hard?
My weight hasn't reduced in the last few months, but I have definitely put on some more muscle lately. My stats are 25 yr old, 5'5'' and weight is 123. I have no idea my body fat but I have pretty good definition, though more would make me even happier =)
I have taken quite a few pregnancy tests,, they are all negative.. going for a blood test at the Dr. tomorrow just to make sure.. but I really dont feel pregnant.
I eat at least 1800 cals a day clean with a ton of protein and good carbs, run 5 days a week total, each time around 4 miles and doing HIIT 3 days of those 5.
I have a push/pull weight routine that i do four days a week at a good intensity that takes about 45 mins to an hr.
I'm not new to exercise at all.. Guess I just have a hard time believing that my body fat or whatever would be so low that I would actually miss 3 periods.. I mean, I have good muscle def, but its not like i dont have places that i could pinch an inch! =)
Anyone have experiences w/ this?
Thanks,
Emily
