Hey everyone...I have really been struggling with my eating and exercise lately. My dad developed a cold these last couple of days and we go to Bally Total Fitness together, so we havn't been there all week. He is also getting surgery on his arm on Wednesday, so he is going to be down for quite awhile, hopefully my mom can take me to Bally's at least 3 times a week. As for eating, I've really been struggling lately. I have been having the BIGGEST sweet tooth, I'm not even kidding. I splurged for 3 days straight and gained back 4 pounds, I was at 119 the last time I checked I was at 123. That really makes me mad, I know I'm not overweight and I still look good at 123, but man thats 4 pounds in 3 days!! and I STILL have a sweet tooth, so for the last couple of days I have been chewing what I want (chocolate mostly) then spitting it back out again in the toilet. That way I have been having what I want without any of the calories. Now I know this is really really gross and I know that I shouldn't be doing it and the best way to have what I want is just in moderation, but the problem with me is I just have a really hard time doing that with sweets. Once I get started, I can't stop. I really don't know how to stop this vicious cycle and I'd really appreciate any suggestions that anyone has, thanks so much everyone
