Well, I started on 6/28 and weighed 265 lbs. It is now 9/3 and I weighed 239.5 lbs today!!! I am very excited. I have been running and recently ran 3 miles for the first time on Tuesday night. I also bought a bike a couple of weeks ago and biked 16.04 miles this past weekend. I feel great and can see my goal in the distance. Oh, and I plan to run my first 5K race on Oct. 24th
