to get down to the low BF% ranges, is cardio required?

I'm just wondering if you need to do cardio to really get down to the lower BF% ranges, or if just having the proper calorie deficit and just lifitng and eating enough protien will be enough to keep most of your muscle and still cut down...

People can get down their bf% with just lifting and diet. If you were going to do Aerobic training I would recommend HIIT once a week and take it from there if needed.

You have got the right idea though, do only what you need when needed.

People generally will find it helpful to add in some cardio (especially in the form of HIIT). However, there is a common misconception that the main ingredient in fat loss is cardio, that is just not true.

Correct, (Oh!, and your a girl?!, LOL, kidding).

The correct ingredient of ALL ingredients is DIET.

A correctly taylored deficit diet and--------having exercise compliment this diet.
