Hi! I'm new here and ready for a change. :D I can't wait to get started!

EDIT: Whoops! I completely forgot to tell you guys a little something about me!

I am currently a pre-law student (junior) and have completely lost my self-control when it comes to eating. I gained 30lbs the past two years!! :eek: I have a problem where I eat nothing for the entire day until late at night...then I binge like crazy.

BUT today, I sat down and just thought, "You know what? It's time to change and stop complaining!" That is exactly what I am doing!

Height: 5'4"
CW: ~160lbs
STG: 140lbs
LTG: ~110lbs

Welcome! Sooooo, tell us something about you. What are your goals? What will your diet and/or exercise plan be?

My diet is going to consist of eating ~1200 calories everyday and hopefully try to exercise at least 4-5 times a week! :p
 
Hi there, and welcome.

You probably don't need to cut down to 1200 calories. I am close to your weight and height, and I'm eating around 1800 calories and exercising most days, and I'm losing 1lb a week at the moment. There's no need to go hungry to lose weight :D
