Hi everyone!
This is my first posting and am very happy to have found a place to post questions, share experiences and get some great support from people who are experiencing the same things I am!
I have been dieting and exercising for just over 5 weeks now. I have quite a bit of weight to lose, 70-80 lbs, ideally. I have been doing a 1200-1400 calorie a day diet. My exercise routine is usually doing 40 - 60 mins cardio such as treadmill, elliptical or recumbant bike five days a week. On two days of those five days, I have been doing strength training as well. I have consulted a personal trainer who has guided me as to form, repetitions, etc.
Within the last couple weeks, I have been so fatigued DURING my weight training, almost to the point where I could just close my eyes and doze off! Just wondering if anyone has an idea as to how avoid feeling the fatigue. I can't believe it's "normal" as I was always told that exercise is supposed to rejuvenate a person?
Any ideas or input?
Thanks!
