Well I am!!!! Does anyone have any flavorful, out of the ordinary chicken breast recipes? I need something new!!!!

I've posted it here a few times and it's really good -you can do a "fake tandoori" chicken breast

basically marinate a chicken breast (or boneless skinless thighs) in plain nonfat yogurt, some cumin, and coriander and a bit of curry if you like that taste - add in a squeeze of lemon juice and some fresh garlic... and leave it alone for 30 minutes or longer... (I'll throw it ina baggie in the morning, go to work, then when i get home it's ready)

Broil or grill til it's done.

flatten a chicken breast (using a meat pounder, rolling pin or a even a can wrapped inplastic wrap)

then add in a slice of prosciutto (it's an aged ham, serrano ham will also work - plain ham would work too but i don't like that) a slice of mozarella cheese, an asparagus spear or three (depending on how thick they are) then roll up the breast and spear with a tooth pick -

bake seam side down for about 45 minutes or so til the breaast is cooked thre - you could add in a gravy made from cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup or any kind of gravy you enjoy

I love to grill a chicken breast with a mixture of olive oil, lemon pepper and some dried herb seasoning like oregano or thyme.

last nights chicken breast was a breast marinated in some fresh lime juice, the zest from the lime and a splash of tequilla - i let it sit about 20 minutes in the fridge then broiled it (grill wodl have been better but i don't have a grill) then just topped it with a pile of fresh salsa and a little bit of reduced fat sour cream.

here's an easy one:
get some aluminum foil, put 1tsp of olive oil on bottom, diced onion and garlic. place chicken breast on top and sprinkle with basil. close it up and bake for 20 minutes. tastes great.

I like to take chicken breast or thin pork chops and brown them on both sides then turn them down on low.Pour salsa over the top of them and let it simmer until they are done. Top them with about a T of cream cheese(I use the reduced fat kind) and then sprinkle them with sharp cheddar. Not alot just a sprinkle. Now I know it sounds odd but you should really try it yummy yummy for your tummy!!:jump: Goes good with white rice!

Sounds Yummy! I am going to try the tandoori..

I tried the one on the back of the Pace Picante Sauce, and it is pretty good.

Easy. Buy the Lawry's marinades. Let chicken soak for 24 hours (yes it makes a difference) and then cook on your grill. Delicious.

have you read the labels on most of those marinades? a key ingredient is High Fructose Corn Syrup... not to mention a pretty high level of sodium...

I have. A whole bottle is 48g sugar. However how much of it am I really eating? Most of it comes off when cooking and all that remains is a highly juicy and tasty...breast.

my husband made the chicken on the beer can on the grill once, was pretty good.

I havent personally cooked chicken on the grill myself, afraid that I wont get it done. How long do you keep a boneless breast on a grill?

The tandoori chicken, i put way to much garlic.. but was tasty!

I make Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry all the time.

I use two chicken breasts cut into strips. In a non stick skillet use 4 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce. Add chicken and cook until done. I usually let the chicken get a little brown. It kind of sears in the flavor and the chicken is moist. A package of stir fry veggies steamed and you have a meal. This is one of my favorites dinners. It is so easy and quick. It's yummy and low in fat and calories.
