Tips to reduce to fat?

In short, ascertain your BMR (based upon your current measurements and levels of activity), introduce a daily 500Kcal deficit and exercise as intensely as you're currently able to, so that you're utilising fat as an energy source, whilst eliminating as many simple carbohydrates from your diet as possible, in addition to accepting that the excess wasn't gained overnight so it's not going to shed overnight, either.
 
Eat less to lose weight, eat healthier and exercise to lose fat. I used to eat less to lose weight, but my diet have a lot of sugar and junk food so my arms were still alittle flappy and my leg/butt jiggles. Now I'm trying to incorporate exercise as well as eating healthier. It's been a month and I've only lost a few pounds, but I feel a bit firmer and stronger already.
