Hi, I'm new to this site and I was excited to find so many wonderful posts from some wonderful people, full of hope, ideas and goals.


I too have a yo-yo style going on with my weight and at the moment I am heading for the heavy side again - this really does make me angry with myself and very frustrated because I actually write about diet and fitness and know most things about weight loss, but can I actually motivate myself or even control my willpower in order to stop eating the wrong foods? The simple answer is No!
