I've always had a problem losing weight. Not because I can't do it, but because I can't do it in a healthy manner. I'm attempting to do it the right way this time, through excercise and a proper diet, I'm attempting to actually eat this time.

I feel a little guilty for even joining the forum, I don't have that much to lose, 10 or 15 lbs at most, but when I read the threads everyone seemed so nice and supportive of each other, and even a small weight loss is hard.

Well good luck to everyone. I'm really impressed at what so many of you have accomplished.
 
Good luck with your weightloss - 15 lbs may not seem like much to some but it can seem like the world to others. It can be the difference of having to get an entire new wardrobe!!! You can do this!!!
 
Another JellyBelly! Welcome. Those last 10-15lbs are the hardest. You shouldn't feel guilty just because some of us have more than that to lose. A pound is a pound and we all share similar struggles and goals. You can do it, and good for you for wanting to do it healthy. Your success is our motivation.
 
Welcome to the forum! A healthy appraoch is very important. Losing weight ina healthy way makes it more likely that you will keep it off.
