Timetables

I'm not a very motivated person to do exercise by myself and don't have anyone who will really do it with me.

The problem i have is that my diet is really unhealthy i live on crisps, pizza's and other junk food. I am an extremely fussy eater but i want to change this to a more balanced diet that will help me lose the bit of a belly im gaining and stay thin and maybe eventualy over time tone up just a little bit not a lot.

The way i'm most likely going to be motivated is making a time table of when to exercise and what type of exercise, how many hours a day and fit it into my lifestyle, also do this for my eating but i need help.

I'm very confused about how i make a balanced diet of about 1500-2000 calories a day, i'd need helping making these timetables
how much of each type of food to eat per day, how long to exercise per day and which exercise.

also i have no equiptment.
i know its a lot of help to ask but i would appreciate it if someone would spend some time talking me through what i need to eat and how much a week i would need to exercise to stay fit and healthy and eventualy tone up slightly.

Thank you.

Also does doing sit-ups combined with some sort of cardio workout help build abs? i know sit ups on they're own don't do a lot.

Thanks again i appeciate it.

I would suggest you read the stickies in the nutrition section and see how much information it provides and then come back and ask additional questions. You will probably find most of what you need to know in the stickies in each category.

Also, I don't know enough about nutrition to help, or I would provide some. :)
