You know what to do girls. Post your starting weight and all that jazz!!!
Maybe give everyone a little insight on what you may have problems with.
Such as eating at night....not drinking enough water....
Although we are playing against each other....we really want to kick some newbie butt!!! It will help us weed out all the bad "green"apples and see who is for real...lol

Okay ladies today is the day we start kicking some butt.

My plan is to eat around 1200 calories a day, drink at least 9 glasses of water and work out 5 days a week.

Ok, I'm here...Its been one CRAZY day!!!

Weigh in was 192..makes me sick! I gained back 4 of the 6 I lost!! SOO sad :(

Its ok, no time to be down, I'm just going to do the 1200 cals and i'm not looking back! My downfall is night time, I do alot of nighttime eating. I know I can stay busy doing other things, but its hard to. I just have to start. I have to stop talking and start walking!

Hey ladies, I'm down with the flu but don't worry I wont let it keep me down. I don't have much energy or an appetite but I'm not going to let the newbies beat us. Hope everyone else is doing well.
 
wow, sorry your sick hun! Hope you get to feeling better!

This is just one of those days for me too! I"m just very frusterated, can't seem to get over it, the frusterations followed me all week. Diet wise though, its another good day :)
 
Morning Ladies,
I hope you guys are having a better today. I'm still not feeling myself but I made it to work which means I can make it to the gym tonight. Since this is my first time in one of these competitions how often do we weigh in and when is the final weigh in? Just want to do my best for you ladies and myself. :)
 
Glad your feeling better! Don't over do it though, if you don't feel like going to the gym, don't go! Doing too much can slow down your recovery.

Todays day 3 of my diet. I've done REALLY well and now that I've had 3 dys of sticking to my diet, I'm gaining confidence in myself again. I had lost 25 pds by June, and since then I've gained and lost gained and lost...havn't lost anything more than the 25 pds...BUT I do believe with the end of this club, I will have broke through the barrier!
 
I have know doubt that you're going to break through the barrier. We're going to do it together. I know it gets hard when you hit that plateau but don't worry we'll just have to think of something to get you flying past it, maybe change up your diet or something.
You ladies are doing super and I'm proud to be part of your team.

See, the problem is, I didn't hit a plateau...plateau's are when your on your diet and can't loose weight. I go through many times of on diet, off diet, on diet, ect. During the times I'm on the diet, I do super well, drop weight real fast. But when I'm off the diet, I gain real fast too.

Now that I'm on this horse, I'm not getting off!!!
 
Mary, why are you teasing everybody with that evil chocolate donut???????? It's just wrong! This is my first chance to check in on you guys. You have done so well so far. Keep it up!

It's so hard to start and maintain a change in lifestyle - especially when you are dealing with all of the other complexities of life - but you guys can do it!!!! GOOD LUCK!

Good Morning Ladies....I'm feeling so much better today. It's a gorgeous day outside I can't wait to get out and walk during my lunch. I went to the gym last night and it actually gave me a lot of energy, my fiance' was so proud of me :) It makes it so much easier that he goes with me and supports me. Since he's lost so much weight over the last year he completely understands.
Ladies have a wonderful Friday and I'll be checking in. Remember drink your water :)
 
2cute, it's great you have such a supportive partner at home. That makes things so much easier! Well, you all seem to be in great spirits and your determination is shining through! I would attach all kinds of cute and inspirational pictures but I'm still working on the PC's for Dummies level!!!!

I hope everyone had a great weekend!! I'll weigh in tomorrow but I think I'm doing really well. I've gone to the gym all weekend and I've eaten great.

I didn't do my best this weekend, that's for sure, and I'm real upset about it.

Oh well, its noon and I'm doing great so far!!
