hi! Im 15 and i weigh 175 pounds. Im also 5 feet 9 inchs tall i want to get to around 150 pounds just because i want to feel better about myself and look better. I dont think as myself as fat but i do think theres room for me to lose weigh. I've signed up to ballys fitness gym with my mom and we're going there atleast 3 times a week. I'd say excerising atleast 30 minutes each day. I usually eat breakfast either cereal (organic mini wheats) which has alot of fiber and fills me up untill i get home from school. I usually skip lunch in school just for the fact i dislike it and its loaded with fat. When i get home sometimes i have a low fat yogurt and i do drink alot of poland spring water. That usually holds me to dinner and thats my day. Sometimes i do chew gum so i wont eat. I brush my teeth after dinner so i wont have a snack also. Please provide me with any help or any quick tips i can use. And people tell me if what i am doing is good for me and if it would lose me weigh. Thank you!
