hi, the names john.
17 year old senior in highschool from northwest indiana (chicagoland)
ive been a little chubby boy most of my life, never really started caring about it till i got in high school, which im pretty sure a lot of people can relate.
my sophomore year was when i told myself "okay time to get this off of me"... it all started during the summer when i took a vacation to new york city with some family, after all the walking we did i decided it would be a good time to start... so i was 5'9" @ 226 lbs. started running, running, running, eating SOMEWHAT healthy (starved myself at times which deffinently wasnt good) and got myself down to the 190 range over the course of about 4 months. after that i just couldnt go anymore and started eating bad again and started slacking with excersize.
now 17 years old as a senior 5'10" @ 216 pounds, i work at pizza hut as a cook and that is a very bad addition to any diet plan. i wont quit the place just to loose weight because i need to gain the self control to resist from eating the food.
i was just bored and looked in the mirror and thought to myself "im 216 and can't loose weight?... what about the people that are around 400 pounds and get down to the 100's. JUST DO IT" so i came and made an account on here. i would really like to get rid of this excess fat before it is to hard to get rid of it.
as for activities i play paintball and i skate every once in a while.
thats all i guess, hopefully this place will help me loose weight, although thats completely up to me.
