After an appropriate recovery from hospital time i've decided to get my old body back and improve past how it was, before i used to play rugby twice a week and weight train frequently and was around 155lbs and that still could've been improved although i was in decent shape.
I now want to get myself into a shape where i look defined enough to wear tightish tops (summer is coming my friend) so thats primarily fat burning, but also would like to have the strength to back it up. Also i would like to improve my cardio as i intend on going back to playing rugby in sept and i will be playing in the mens league as opposed to uni leagues so i want to be able to make the impact i did before. Above all i want the confidence i had before i was scarred by the nutcase they call a doctor lol
My biggest issues are my stomach as i now have a buddha belly forming because it was a stomach op and my legs and buns as i've always had a bulky lower torso.
Any suggestions or pointers are greatly appreciated and i look forward to speaking to you all around the forum.
