Time I faced the facts!

I've decided that now is about time that I get myself into shape, something which I have always wanted to do if I;m perfectly honest.

I'm so glad to have came across here, as it does look like here will be a massive help!

I am 18 and live in the UK

Its not necessarily the excess fat on the stomach that's particularly bothering me, its the part a little further up, which, for a teenage boy, is so embarrasing :( ha .

Heres to change in 2010 ( hopefully!)
