Time for a Turnaround... :)

hey everyone, my names Louise...

its taken me thiis long to join up to this thing and i know its going to help.

Its about time i did something about my weight, its always there... and as im going on holiday with my mates this summer, i knew i needed to ship the extra pounds, as i dont want to be deemed the 'chubby' one on holiday.

some peoples transformations on here have really given me motivation to change myself too .. so also looking for someone to help do it with .. i get on much better when ive support..

im 5'2 and about 140..? so hopefully looking to lose 15/20lbs

Well hopefully this time i stick to the gym and dont become an enemy of it!

Howdee and welcome.

Commitment, imho, is the hardest thing and the most important aspect for weightloss. It means saying NO to the extra helping of food, it means gettin on the exercise equiptment even tho you're dead tired, it means saying no to dessert, etc.

Start off with smaller, realistic goals and build on them is my suggestion. for example, promise to go to the gym 2x a week for an hour each time and the following week, go more often and/or add more time.
