Hey guys, and Happy New Year!
So I know it sounds like a big cliche at this time of year, but I've made the decision that I really need to make a lifestyle change. I've just moved half way across the world, uprooting my life in London. I've left my job. Left my house. I figure with all the change this is a good a time as any to start making some permanent ones for the better!
Anyway, I've decided to keep a blog on how well I'm doing and what I'm finding easy, what's more challenging, tips I get along the way. Feel free to check it out and leave me any suggestions if you like! Happy to give anything a go!
