time for a change

hi im april. 21 yrs old.. and very much over weight. i would like lose 100lbs as soon as possible but also at a healthy rate. any tips? well i just started this diet n i plan on goin thru w it. so ill b doin these workout vids twice a day or right after the other and walkin for at least one hour day. would u recommend any diet supplements? anyways ill keep u posted.
 
First off, welcome to the forums. I am sure you will find heaps of information along the way to help you.

No diet supplements or anything. Otherwise what happens when you lose the weight and want to maintain it?

Seeing as you have alot to lose, break it down into small goals e.g 10 pound losses. That way the goals are more realistic/ Take photos for every 10 pounds loss, stick them on your fridge to see how far you've come
