Tighten legs, glutes, and abs.

Hi, my name is Kristen P.
I am currently working out 3 days a week, with cardio somedays in between. I am looking to tighten and lift my glutes, legs, and stomach. If anyone could give me some special information on how to do this. I would greatly appreciate it. Trying to get back into shape for the upcoming swim season.

Squats will build and tone your Legs Glutes and Abs, however you might want to consider a balanced workout program incorporating your upper body as well.
 
definitely do a balanced workout... you might as well workout ur upper body as well lol..

what you could do tho, if you want to work on ur legs and ur abs is split jumps (youtube it) these will workout ur glutes, also squats and lunges are good too.

for your abs, you can do crunches/chinnies/russian twists/etc...

keep in mind tho, that cardio is essential and also diet too. you should workout one day, then do cardio the next, then workout, cardio, workout, cardio, etc.
