Checking my ticker etc...
I have lost 4lbs, which isn't much, but it's a start. Been watching what I eat, down to about 2000 calories, getting ready to start my excercise program. I have Been using Fitday tracker, Kinda easy to use, help you keep track of whats going on. Looking back at what I was eating, I'd say there were days I ate 5000 calories or more, 1/3 of that would be pepsi or such..wasteful calories, I havent drank a pop in 3 days now and been drinking Lipton Tea with 0 calore sweetner, I use to hate the fake sugar, but it ain't so bad after all.
