DIGITAL SCALES!!! they are evil!
For years, I would step on the digital scale and after dieting and dieting, working out etc. the darn thing hardly went down, it would even go up after eating only 800 calories. there are even times I would step on the scale, get off, then step on it again and it would read TWO pounds heavier! I have talked with several friends and they all say the same thing. I can not obviously speak for ALL digital scales, but I paid very good money for mine and I will NEVER go back to a digital scale. Also, I am the type of person that if i diet and diet and I see the scale go up, then I give up...what''s the point, right? I mean you try and try and try and the scale doesn't budge, so to me it was not worth it. That may explain the weight gain i have had since having the stupid digital scale for SIX wasted long years. I gave up after not seeing a difference. I would give up after a week of no loss. But I probably was losing and just gave up because the digital scale read otherwise. I am just mad that i waited this long to figure it out, i trusted the darn thing too much. That is just my two cents!
