Throw Away Your...

I like my digi scale. Especially when it shows a loss. :Angel_anim: It has nice big numbers so I don't even have to wear my glasses (extra weight, you know). It seems pretty accurate for the most part, though when I get weighed in at WW there is usually a small difference, but that could also be due to the time of my weigh in. At home I weigh either first thing in the a.m. or after my workout.

Hope you all find the scale that is right for you! I like using how my clothes fit as a good gauge.

cheers

I was becoming obsessed, literally getting on the scale 2-4 times a day. And yes, the numbers would change if I got off and got back on. I gave it away to my brother in law. I told my husband to hide it at first, but he did a crappy job at that and I found it when I wasn't even looking for it, lol. So, now I only weigh in at the gym, try to make it every 2-3 days instead of every day though. I feel a lot better about that. :)

Well I guess I had a lucky escape from the digital scales

I was paying 50p every week to go to a Pharmacy to get weighed and because I couldn't go to the same Pharmacy at the same time each week then I figured buying my own scales to keep at home would be better

So I went to look and all the digital ones were really expensive and I was reluctant to pay for something I wasn't sure was that great. So I just bought cheap ones and they're great. Going to weigh myself on Friday mornings so its at the end of a good diet week but before the alcohol binge that is the weekends :D

PS - My friend told me to weigh myself this morning after a night out because it makes you lighter and I did and I WAS. How is that possible? I'm not taking it serious though

Alcohol is a diuretic. The water should return when you're done with your alcohol binge weekend.
