______________

I use olive oil wherever possible but have changed to grilling chicken and tin foil wrapped oven cooking fish now instead of olive oil shallow frying.
I drink 4+ ltr's of water a day (i read this stops water retention and helps weight loss + I feel great!, my weights routine is every other day except for abs - x100 a day)...Ill never get tired of fish!

Doing the abs everyday and for so many reps will only hinder your results. Treat abs like any other muscle - 2-3 times per week, and less than 20 reps per set.

You have a very clean diet. However, it doesn't look like you're eating enough.

you'll definitely lose weight on that diet, that's great will power. i think you could add a few more calories though, that's a very light diet.

^Thanx for the advice dudes,
I've taken that onboard so i wont be doing abs tomorrow...
My diet now is as far away as I can get from what I was eating four weeks ago, pigging out with no excersice for too long has left me well out of shape, so I thought drastic measures for drastic changes.
Ive got the self control down to a T - on Saturday I took the kids with my twin brother to a VE day air show, whilst there I had to buy the kids a hot dog and donuts, stand theyre and watch everyone munching em, but controlled my urge to eat any myself, lol, for that I was pretty pleased...

thanx

you should maybe throw another meal / snack into that mix per day... even if it's fruit or something... perhaps a protein charged snack before bed? ( or last time you eat in the day )

also look into the HIIT articles on this site. Ive been trying it for 3 weeks and ive noticed some results.....they may be small but its only been 3 weeks

eat more meals

unless you're really trying to lose weight, increase the food and calories

train the abs twice a week

and yes, look into HIIT
