This time I'm gonna stick with it

Nooooooooooooooooo DO NOT Give up!!!!! I know it's hard but don't give up. I have AGAIN and i feel awful, sad and guilty because I know I have failed again and I hate myself. I will try harder tomorrow!

But is it a certain time of day you feel like this? Are you drinking enough water? If you are hungry and need a snack perhaps you can add a handful of nuts or something to your diet?

But please do not give up!! I'll be back again to check your progress x

I'm trying not to give up because I know I'll only be happy 10 min after I eat..then comes despair .
Most difficult time is after 6 o'clock...30 min after dinner I feel hungry or craving for something sweet...and with liquids...I cannot drink enough water... I'm having my usual coffee, tea after lunch..Can squeeze another tea later but if I pour a glass of water by the half of it I feel like throwing up. tried with lemon, lime, ice...it's disgusting..I hate it either way.
I can last with poor food and coffee till 6pm..after that it's hell..I feel like stuffing myself with whatever I can find. last evening I had some sunflower seeds and an apple. today I'm gonna try with some dried apricots..even if I know they're high in sugar..but at least I'll have something sweet for the day.

If ur craving something sweet after dinner what I do is get a weight watchers swiss roll which is only 89calories and wee potion of weight watchers custard only something like 36calories Def less than 40calories and u.have cake and custard for only 130calories. Try that and hopefully that.will satisfy ur sweet craving x

I tried a custard from alpro soya...free from sugar and fat..but it's still 100 cal..and an activia pot...135 but has fat and sugar.
Was talking to my mum yesterday and she said she had some seeds that I cannot find correspondent translation in English for and psyllium husk. U mix them together is similar quantities so 50/50 and slip a teaspoon in your coffee or cereals. she says it's amazing what comes out of your intestines. this was recommended by a nutritionist as intestines cleanser and fight against constipation. I'll read some more about it and see where I could buy.
 
100cals is a lot for some custard. You should try the ww one it tastes jst like custard should. Or I buy these big rice cakes topped with chocolate for only 75calories you can also get them topped with white chocolate. Or you can also get ww whip stuff its like angel delight and its low in caps too. You should have one treat everyday after your dinner and hopefully it will make u feel better. On Friday night after my dinner I had a caramac ice cream. I wouldnt buy them tho cos they were really disappointing lol. Or you can get that skinny cow ice cream its only something like 100cals for half the tub. I used to eat loads of it when I lost 2stone about 4yrs ago...I wonder if u still get it I'm gonna look nxt time I go shopping...its really tasty mmmmm
 
I bought a lollie for my daughter made of raspberry smoothie..has only 85 kcal! I had one and it was alright. i miss my apple pie and custard on top :((, my chocolate cakes...have one in my freezer..bought it just before I decided I have to stop eating like that...and I open freezer to take out meat to defrost and seet it every damn day..I'm gonna ask my hubby to throw it away...I can't do it..it's sacrilege!!
 
Omg I'm the same I have like a huge pack if chocolate digestives in my fridge and everytime I open my fridge I have one or two...I've eaten almost half a pack in half a day so I'll throw them out now too. I waste sooo much food by buying it then eating lots if it then feeling guilty and throwing it away...never ending cycle boooo tomorro I'm going out on my bike and will have a great day. Hope u do too. I'll add u on messenger xx
