I'm sure everyone has tried to diet at least once in their lives.. i'm just wondering what makes things different this time around????
For me.. i think this time instead of thinking about it as an actual diet and being more physical... i have thought about it as a life style change... and i have mentaly prepared myself and accepted what i need to do.. where as other times i guess i didnt... and i feel soo much better about it this time where as other times i saw it as just a challenge... IM EXCITED
