this isn't bad to do, calories are not the "worries"

every one is worring about how many calories are in these foods and meals. What you really need to worry about is the carbs that are in these foods. To be honest, he did a great way for a diet. And these foods that he used, are to help you burn fat. You know that every carb equals up to 3 calories? Eggs have less then a gram of carbs. and sure vegetables may have 5-20 grams of carbs, but those are your good carbs that help you to burn fat. These meats that he had used are great examples for you to eat, all your pultry, and non processed beef and pork, have no carbs. And for you ham lovers must be thinking about the sodium in it. Well I will tell you another great fact, soduim has no carbs, which is fantastic. The only downfall is the salad dressing. Dressing is filled with those bad carbs that actually make you store fat, instead of losing it. If you are a person that likes a little taste in your food, like what dressing does, use a little bit of vinagur with a spurt of lemon. Its a great way with no carbs. You also have to check yourself. Do you want to lose weight, or just to get tone? If you want to lose wieght then this is great, but if you are trying to get tone, exersize is the only key. I know, not everyone is really down with the exersize but just 1-2 hours a day or even every other day would be good too. If you don't have the time to exersize, then here are some tips for an every day life thing, to just get up and work those muscles. Instead of using the elevator to get to the next floor try using the stairs. When needing to change the channel, get up instead of using the remote. When mowing your lawn use the push mower instead of the riding more, that will build a lot of muscle. Just simple things will make you one step closer to the body you want.
