Hi! Just registered and I am going to try this support stuff for the first time! I am 44, married with kids and grandkids. I am not new to dieting but have done some stupid things in that area in the past. I just went to the doc last week and got a bit of a heads up for the first time so I can't even make excuses for myself that I am "fit and fat" anymore! So enough is enough. I think my main problem is eating 'just because' and binging when I do it. I also haven't been exercising nearly enough. I am active but because I am hypothyroid I know that I really have to work at burning calories. I know I can do this but it has become so easy to say ... tomorrow, or the beginning of the week, blah blah blah!
