A magic pill? Secret exercise? Special diet?
oh yea, i remember that it isnt possible....
but do u know any homeways to reduce all my body fat, like how many crunches i do or push-ups like how many sets...
or is there some speacial kind of food that is there...
Sorry my friend. Those simply don't exist. There is only one truly effective way to lose that unwanted weight and body fat. A healthy diet and exercise.
Beyond that there is no easy answer. Different things work differently for everyone. Some cut carbs, some run, some do aerobics, some do bloodwork, some go to the gym, some hire personal trainers and nutritionists.....
And it all works. The key to this equation is finding the program that not only works for you, but what you enjoy enough that you can not just make a temporary change to lose weight, but stick to and change your entire life. For me I am following a very rigid (yet satisfying) eating plan 6 days a week and having one free day. I also run 30-40km a week and add a little extra weight training(body weight exercise, no equipment required) and steady state aerobics as well. This is working for me and I enjoy it. I can see myself doing this for the rest of my life. I do this all at home and on my own.
However, that exact same program may very well NOT work for you or anyone else. The key is to find the one that not only works best for you, but motivates you to continue with your healthier lifestyle after the "man boobs" are gone.
It's not easy, but you are in the right place. There are so many methods, exercises and ways to achieve your goals listed here. You can read about successes and setbacks, benefits and bull-hooey and get some great advice from professionals and regular joes that will help tremendously.
But if you are looking for someone to say "Eat this, this and this, Do this, this and this!" you are going to have a hard time. The hardest part of the battle is finding what will work for yourself. Once you find that, its game over, you already won, just a matter of making your way to the finish line.
