This Christmas Health & Wellness

You need to be careful what you mean by 'health and wellness' because it can send the wrong message to the person. If you are giving it, make it something very broad instead of something like a Weight Watcher gift card, ya know?

Jericho makes a good point, but outside of some pre-consideration, I think it's a great idea, especially if its for someone who you know is making a conscious effort to lose weight.

The Nov.//Dec. issue of Weight Watchers magazine had some really cool portion-control plates, bowls, measuring cups, silverware, etc. I thought it was a neat idea.

I think unless they've said that they are trying to lose weight it can be quite insulting. About 2 years ago my Grama said out of the blue, "I'm getting you a weight watchers mag subscription for Christmas" and I was really, really upset as I hadn't mentioned going on a diet and I just felt she was calling me fat. So yeah, if the person is on a diet then great idea but if not, be careful.
