I’m really trynna lose some weight and get flat abs for 2010, it’s a personal goal of mine. Anyone ever heard of Man-Diet??
I think I’m gonna start following one of their home delivered diet plans, the flat Belly diet is new apparently!
First answer - You can't target belly fat. Sorry. It doesn't work that way. We are each geneticly designed to gain weight in a certain location order. That is why some gain weight in the belly and some in the hips first. You will lose that weight in the opposite order that it went on.
Second: It isn't something new. You are looking at a Mediterranean-style diet.
Diets are only just temporary. You have to find a specific healthy eating plan that is right for "you". Every diet that out their doesn't work for everybody. The best thing to do is to find foods that you think you may like to eat and research them. See how many calories that they have...ect
When you begin to eat healthier foods you will know what works well for you and your goals and you won't have to think about it so much...like with diets.
