Alright.
I don't know if it's just sheer laziness, or actually a half decent thought.
I think it might have been laziness, and then escalated to a decent idea.
I I currently do the following;
======
Day1; Wieght training
Day 2; Abs, circuits
Day 3; Legs, circuits
Day 4; Rest
======
I primarily want to increase the size of my muscles a bit, as well as NOT gain fat, however.
Anyways, I was thinking of changing it to this;
=======
Day 1; Weight training
Day 2; Abdominals, legs
Day 3; 30 minute circuit
Day 4 ; Rest
=======
What do some of you reading this think? My reasoning behind this is that I figure I will be working out for more then 10 minutes on days 1 and 2, so therefore I should be burning SOME fat, not too much, but some. Then, day 3 is just pure circuits. I figure I would burn my primary fat here. And day 4, of course, is rest.
Do you think there will be any serious drawbacks, or rather flaws, in this new plan?
