Things to do when you're bored instead of eating.

I keep a running list of small chores that need to be done.


Buttons to sew on, drawers to organize, papers to file, etc. I also keep a list of things that need to be purchased at some point, or errands that need to be run. Right now I have: take the coins down to a coinstar machine, buy a TV antenna, buy 4x6 photo paper for the printer, etc.


When I'm feeling bored, looking over the lists gives me good inspiration to not be so bored! And if I want to do something, the errands are a good destination for an easy walk or bike ride.
 
My top suggestion would be...do some serious research on methods you can use to annoy people in the gym :)



Generally if I have a few minutes to kill watching funny videos on YouTube is how I do it. It takes my mind off food and makes me laugh. Win, Win.
