So after a lot of time of trying to lose weight, and feeling really bad about myself i came up with these simple(?) solutions to my problem.
I sat myself down and said "I have got to change my habbits. I do so many things wrong, and then I wonder why I can't lose weight or I lose some and I can't stick to it.
Issue number 1: SLEEP
I have got to sleep! I gotta sleep at a normal hour, wake up at a normal hour and feel relaxed and calm. I need to have a sleep schedule.
Issue number 2: Eating habbits
Oh my god, where do I start here? Eating.....Hmhmhmhmhmhmh...There are a lot of stuff here.
First I gotta stop binge eating. This isn't me!
Second of all, I gotta stop being guilty every time I eat something fattening.
Third of all, and most important, I gotta stop skipping meals.
Issue number 3: NO MORE DIETS!
Issue number 4: And this is the hardest of all, stop thinking about it!
Issue number 5: SELF-ESTEEM
I need to start feeling good about myself. I should stop feeling bad about my body, looking at it with disgust, and even more so, STOP saying bad things about my body.
If I can do all these stuff, everything will be fine.
I WILL BE FINE.
p.s.: Sleep deprivation is connected to my binge eating cause you need the energy and you eat more and of course, high calorie food.
And feeling guilty about what you eat is connected to feeling bad about your body.
