things i need to do to lose weight

So after a lot of time of trying to lose weight, and feeling really bad about myself i came up with these simple(?) solutions to my problem.

I sat myself down and said "I have got to change my habbits. I do so many things wrong, and then I wonder why I can't lose weight or I lose some and I can't stick to it.

Issue number 1: SLEEP
I have got to sleep! I gotta sleep at a normal hour, wake up at a normal hour and feel relaxed and calm. I need to have a sleep schedule.

Issue number 2: Eating habbits
Oh my god, where do I start here? Eating.....Hmhmhmhmhmhmh...There are a lot of stuff here.
First I gotta stop binge eating. This isn't me!
Second of all, I gotta stop being guilty every time I eat something fattening.
Third of all, and most important, I gotta stop skipping meals.

Issue number 3: NO MORE DIETS!

Issue number 4: And this is the hardest of all, stop thinking about it!

Issue number 5: SELF-ESTEEM
I need to start feeling good about myself. I should stop feeling bad about my body, looking at it with disgust, and even more so, STOP saying bad things about my body.

If I can do all these stuff, everything will be fine.

I WILL BE FINE.

p.s.: Sleep deprivation is connected to my binge eating cause you need the energy and you eat more and of course, high calorie food.
And feeling guilty about what you eat is connected to feeling bad about your body.
 
Hi, I know what you fell, it’s so hard to lose weight but also hard to keep going. But from my experience, lose weight is for long terms.

You can take the habit to go to buy food with a list (of healthy stuff of course – forget soda, cookies, chocolate…) and with having eat something before.

When you need a snack before lunch and dinner … eat some fruits (fresh or dry) and some vegetables (little carrot…). Forget the “low fat” product snack … useless and expensive!

Share your weight-loss plan with a friend. It is always easier when you are two people (and more fun!)

Write down your goal on many papers with details (prefer something like “loose every week 2 pounds” to “I must eat less”) and stick it everywhere (bedroom, fridge, bathroom …).

Drink a lot of water ( 3 L per day) and forget all kind of fast food.

Hi and welcome i have to also tryed more diets but no rezults because i hate sport and i didn't have motivation maybe here with more people with the same target i will succeed to lose weight .
How many kg do you wanna lose?
 
hey! i want to lose about 5kg. I know its not a lot, but I really need to lose them. I don't feel good about myself because I always was very thin and I always were dancing and now I feel heavy...:( yeah I think I'll get help from here! :)

I think you're on the right track with maybe the exception of this one. In order to lose weight I think it's important to think about it - you have to keep track of your daily calorie intake, you have to plan meals, and you have to plan some form exercise. All this requires thinking about it.
