Good grief! This sounds like an anorexics site not a weight loss forum!
I'm 5ft 9" and my waist is 28" and my thighs are 24" but I do 7+ hours per week doing spinner bike, weights and core work plus I eat a very healthy diet and this is the size I am which is a UK 10 or US 4/6.
I have never bothered to measure anything other than my bust, waist, hips and thighs. It never occured to me to measure anything else!
The objective is not to be as skinny as you can be...stop eating period and you will be skinny...and very ill physically, emotionally and mentally.
The objective is to be healthy and well and have the energy to live the life you want to live.
Stop comparing yourself to 'imaginary' images and enjoy being healthy.
