Hey..

I want to ask you guys a question.

Have you ever seen a program or product where you thought "Thats excatly what I need to go down in Weight".

But then after you watched it purchased it, you never got any further?

It can be hard to pick yourself up and do something about it, even when a good opportunity comes along.

Anyone wanna tell something about having a hard time?

Believing one particular product or plan is going to be your savior is the first mistake.

You'll waste a lot of time and money buying into programs when all you need to do is watch your calorie intake and increase your activity level.

I tried the shakes, fad diets, and stuff but didnt really loose a pound until i got off the couch, got on the track and walked until i could jog. Then jog until i could run! I realized that in life the hardest way to accomplish something is usually what i will have to do to succeed. For some reason, its always been that way. So when i get up an hr early to work out i know its the only way ill reach the finish line.

I haven't seen anything like that. But I heard a commercial on the radio yesterday for something called "Supercleanse" that claims you'll lose 20-30 lbs by taking this pill that purports to clean out a certain digestive organ.

It didn't make sense to me, on any kind of level. But someone must be buying it in order to afford advertising on this particular radio program.

Just because someone is buying it, doesn't mean its going to work. Weight loss products are some of the worst ripoffs out there because people want a quick fix to losing weight without doing the work.

You can spend all the money you want on products, but unless you eat healthy, good food (watching portions) and increase your activity and exercises levels, all the money and products in the world isn't going to help.

Start with small improvement, like no soft drinks and more water, smaller portions, and 20 minutes of exercise each day, and work your way up.
