just thought i would let you know, i went into ipsich this morning and got myself some protein powder, vanilla flavour - the ingredients look good. Its Holland n barretts own make of 90% Protein Powder, i anit tried it yet, so i hope its good.

i got it for half the normal price, it only cost me like £3.50 for 454grams
