Their is something seriously wrong with me, and im wondering

Theirs something seriously wrong with me and i think i should go get my self checked cause it just isnt normal. Yesterday was the 24th of December i woke up weighing 154 pounds, so i ended up eating some food later on at night and woke up weighing 158.4 pounds!!, how is that possible? Im gaining weight back way too fast which just isnt cool. I gain the weight but i dont really feel fatter, whats wrong with that.

Oh yeah, i did go from 189 pounds to 154 pounds by not eating much and working out, as u can tell i have a very low metabolism which i dont understand why because i run alot which should speed it up. I dont see how i can gain 4 pounds by just eating a chocolate bar, and eating some rice, with turkey, chicken, and lasagna at night, oh yeah and some potato salad. LOL, this is absurd and now im thinking about just not stopping losing weight till i get down to 140 cause i feel very uncomfortable with myself when im over 155 pounds.

Any one know why this is happening?
 
Weight fluctuations are normal. Could be anything from water to food you eat. The first thing to do is to start weighing yourself at the same time everytime. The best is when you first wake up after you go to the bathroom.
 
Yep, definitely, and also don't pay so much to your weight anyways. Once a week is plenty to me. Just keep your diet good, and work out hard, focus on that more than anything...
 
There is probably a lot of accumulation in your intestine/colon. Give it a day or two. I have that happen to me too now and then.
 
depending on what you ate and how much, what you were wearing the different times you weighed yourself, and the times at which you did it could all affect your weight. i weigh myself right after waking up right before my shower, always before breakfast, after having peed, and pretty much nekkid. and even then my scale isn't 100% accurate. i can get on it and weigh 198 then get off and count to 5 and get back on and im 199.5 so while your fluctuation of 4 lbs is more than mine of 1.5lbs i wouldn't worry about it unless it continues. if you're 162 tomorrow then 166 the next day see a doctor
 
how much water do you drink?
how many cups of veggies do you eat a day?
how many grams of fiber a day on average?
eat a lot of salty foods?
