Theirs something seriously wrong with me and i think i should go get my self checked cause it just isnt normal. Yesterday was the 24th of December i woke up weighing 154 pounds, so i ended up eating some food later on at night and woke up weighing 158.4 pounds!!, how is that possible? Im gaining weight back way too fast which just isnt cool. I gain the weight but i dont really feel fatter, whats wrong with that.
Oh yeah, i did go from 189 pounds to 154 pounds by not eating much and working out, as u can tell i have a very low metabolism which i dont understand why because i run alot which should speed it up. I dont see how i can gain 4 pounds by just eating a chocolate bar, and eating some rice, with turkey, chicken, and lasagna at night, oh yeah and some potato salad. LOL, this is absurd and now im thinking about just not stopping losing weight till i get down to 140 cause i feel very uncomfortable with myself when im over 155 pounds.
