says a new study shows women need to do 90 minutes of exercise a day for 5 days a week to lose weight. then 60 minutes to maintain.

do we do this much?
it seems like too much to me.
currently i do about an hour a day.
 
yeah I agree. I think it's just if you eat the same way. That's a lot. Or wait... maybe they combined every min of physical activity (walking, gardening, etc). Not just all in one workout. I work out for 60 mins/day as well, and i'm losing weight
